At Quickrepairing.com, we strive to provide the highest quality appliance repair services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our repair service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if valid, arrange for a re-inspection at no additional cost.
Warranty on Repairs
All repairs carried out by Quick Repairing come with a 30-day warranty from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge, including labor. Spare parts replacement charges may apply if the original part was not supplied by us.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- We are unable to complete the repair due to unavailability of required spare parts.
- We cancel the service appointment due to reasons attributable to our side.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
Non-Refundable Items
- Diagnosis fees (where applicable) for services already rendered.
- Spare parts that have been purchased and fitted.
- Services that have been successfully completed.
