- "Customer", "You", "Your" refers to the user of our website or recipient of our services.
- "Services" refers to appliance repair, maintenance, and related services offered by Quick Repairing.
Service Booking
By booking a service with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, phone number, address, and appliance details. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking if inaccurate information is provided.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and card payments (where available).
- Any additional work beyond the initial diagnosis will be communicated and quoted before proceeding.
Appointment and Cancellation
- We strive to arrive at the scheduled time, but delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a nominal fee.
Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on all repairs from the date of service. The warranty covers the same issue repaired. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Quick Repairing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on Quickrepairing.com including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Quick Repairing unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
